Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Whilst we are not able to see individual’s personal data, we can ask the social media platforms to use the personal data they hold to target our advertising campaigns at specific demographics of people – for instance based on the town in which they live, their age or their occupation.

We will store your information for as long as you are a member of The Station Gym. Following cancellation of your membership and to meet our legal requirements including health and safety regulations, financial regulations, anti-fraud, limitations act, money laundering regulations etc. We will store your information for no more than 7 years from the last activity on the account.
