Each one of our personal training staff is qualified to help you with your goals in the gym, whether that’s to simply get started on your journey or to get stronger as an experienced gym-goer.

What’s included: With The Station Gym Gold 12 Week Transformation Package you’ll get 24 personal training sessions (two 1-1 sessions per week for 12 weeks) and exercise and nutrition plans.
Need help getting started on your fitness journey? Or do you usually work with a personal trainer to keep you motivated? We’re here to help! Our Gold 12 Week Transformation Package includes two 1-1 personal training sessions per week as well as an exercise and nutrition plan tailored to your current level and to help you reach your fitness goals.
If you choose this package, you’ll get your PT sessions at just £27.50 each. That’s a total saving of £180.
What’s included: The Station Gym Silver 12 Week Transformation Package includes 12 personal training sessions (one 1-1 session per week over 12 weeks), exercise and nutrition plans.
If you know you work better with a bit of guidance and someone to hold you accountable, but still like to get some solo training sessions in the gym, our Silver 12 Week Transformation Package is perfect for you.
You will have one 1-1 personal training session per week for that extra motivation, and will be provided with an exercise and nutrition plan tailored to your goals.
Book with this package to get your PT sessions at just £30 each, saving you £60 in total!
What’s included: The Station Gym Introductory Personal Training Package includes four 1-1 personal training sessions, exercise and nutrition plans.
Our introductory personal training package is perfect if you’re new to the gym or if you’re new to having a personal trainer and want to see if it’s right for you. If you’re unsure what to do in the gym, or just need a bit more guidance during your workouts, we can help.
Book with this personal training package to get your PT sessions for just £32.50 each, saving £10 overall.
What’s included: 1 personal training session with one of our PTs
If you're unsure if having a personal trainer is for you, or if you don't feel like you can commit to a block booking but still need an extra push every once in a while, this option is for you!
Book in with one of our PTs here at The Station Gym for a single 1-1 session to see if their workouts are for you. If you find it is, you can always opt for one of the above
